About the selected glass
Standard glass
Clear glass without an energy-saving coating.
The image shows an example of clear glazing.
Glass thickness: 4 or 6 mm. Available coating texture: moiré; colour and texture are confirmed when quoting.
What do the profile dimensions mean?
These numbers indicate the profile's installation width, or system depth, in millimetres: the frame depth viewed in cross-section. They do not indicate the thickness of the aluminium wall or glass.
Greater depth may offer more scope for insulation and glazing. Aluminium window insulation also depends on profile design and the thermal break, an insulating insert between the outer and inner sections. Noise protection also depends on glazing, seals and installation quality. We select the system based on the whole unit's performance and project requirements.

Vitruv
A window and door hardware brand. Products under this name include handles and door closers, which control how a door closes.
Yongfa
A door hardware brand, including door closers. Closer selection takes door weight, width and frequency of use into account.

AL HAUSE warranty: 1–5 years depending on hardware. The exact term is agreed for your configuration. Availability of Vitruv or Yongfa is confirmed when quoting.

How do different profile depths compare?
The numbers indicate profile installation depth. Greater depth alone does not guarantee a warmer or quieter window: profile design, thermal break, glazing, seals and installation all matter. We agree system specifications for your project requirements.

Models and components depend on window design. They are agreed together with the profile and opening method.
What is needed for an initial quote?
